Meraki Salon
When Kayla Harris opened Meraki Salon in August 2019, she wanted to create more than just a place for great hair — she wanted a space that felt like home. Just six months later, the world changed, but even through pandemic closures, she kept the dream alive. In 2025, the salon underwent a complete remodel, symbolizing both resilience and renewal.
Meraki (a Greek word meaning “to put your soul, creativity, and love into what you do”) perfectly captures the spirit of the salon. Every stylist brings her unique energy and artistry, united by one shared goal — to help each guest leave feeling confident, beautiful, and seen.

The salon’s earthy, modern aesthetic — a mix of natural woods, deep greens, and black accents — reflects the grounded energy of the people inside it: skilled, genuine, and full of heart.

A stylist since 2014 and salon owner since 2019, Kayla specializes in creative hair color techniques, including vivids, color-blocking, and balayage. Known for her edgy cuts and for bringing out each client’s individuality, she’s built a team and culture that thrive on artistry and authenticity.
When she’s not behind the chair, she’s a wife, mom of two daughters, and nature lover who finds inspiration everywhere — especially outdoors.
